VA wasted up to $90M for disabled vets business program, GAO finds
A Government Accountability Office report said the Veterans Affairs Department might have wasted as much as $90 million in four months by sending money, intended for disabled veterans’ businesses, to unverified or unqualified firms, the Washington Guardian reports.
