Feinstein pushes assault weapons ban in new legislation
California Sen. Dianne Feinstein unveiled legislation that would institute a new assault weapons ban. The proposal would redefine assault weapons and make the production or sale of new assault weapons illegal, Politico reports. It would allow everyone who currently own such weapons to keep them.
